This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were down 0.6 percent, new homes are up 14.1 percent and resale condos are down 1.0 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 19.2 percent, down 19.2 percent on condos and down 39.2 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 12.3 percent and the sales volume is down 30.2 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 3.0 percent and the sales volume is down 15.6 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 4.1 and the sales volume is down 8.1 percent
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices down 7.9 percent and the sales volume is down 26.3 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 14.2 percent and the sales volume down 38.2 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 6.8 percent and the sales volume is down 19.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 13.1 percent and the sales volume is down 30.9 percent.
We are seeing a big drop in the sales volume across all cities. I you look at the sales volume fot the county we are seeing a big drop. People are seeing that reflect in home prices in each neighborhood.
