As a Mortgage Broker in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida (Northern Palm Beach County) I have found many of my clients looking for Home Equity Lines of Credit(HELOC) or just plane seconds because they have such a great first Mortgage. Recently, with all of the guideline changes and the market conditions going crazy it was almost impossible to get a first Mortgage let alone a second one. Sounds like something positive is happening.

Neal, These programs are not for everyone as you know but it is nice to see some of these type of programs coming back

I remember the post - and found it completely interesting I have no idea about these storms living in the Pacific Northwest - we don't see that kind of stuff here
