You don't need internet exposure, you don't need professional recommendations, and you certainly don't need networking venues. The front yard sign is all you need to get it sold fast and maybe you can put a notice on the supermarket bulletin board!
6. Qualify Buyers ~ Consumers are going to be so excited about your house that you don't have to worry if they are qualified to buy it.
7. Don't Change A Thing ~ That rooster wallpaper that your wife enjoys on every wall will also be appreciated by every buyer. And don't worry about the cigarette smell. You don't notice it so you're sure others won't mind.
8. Negotiations ~ What's that? All you have to do is put a price on your house and BAM, it will be accepted.
