 If you aren't in Kentucky...the next best place to Celebrate the Day is  at Matty's Bar !  Put on your BEST derby...you may be the big hatwinner ....enjoy the day...if weather permits outside or lots of space inside to enjoy your hat6favorite libations as well as the race !

 

 

Kentucky Derby Party

End: Saturday May 4, 2019 at 11:55pm CDT

We're ready to get down and Derby! Join Matty for the 145th running of the Kentucky Derby!

MMmmm... drink and food specials, contests and most importantly, the Rustic Bar will be open @2pm weather permitting!

Get your Derby hat and attire ready because there are prizes to the best dressed male and female and the best Derby hat. Judging happens at 5 and the BIG RACE at 5:50, so get here early!

My parents lived in Louisville and went to the Derby a few times.  My dad had a ball!  Mint Juleps and Derby Pie were his things!
