I wish I could write something about Zillow ... the clients I have had who have used it have gone there to see what the market value is of a particular property; however, what Zillow tells them always matches what the tax assessed value is, which is my area is not a reflection of market value.  So, I have had to explain this over and over to folks who wonder why a property isn't listed on the market for tax assessed value...thus, I haven't spent much time learning about Zillow.  Maybe it's time...
