Louis Cammarosano: Cammarosano. I am here with Mark.

BrokerIPTV: Eibner, E-i-b-n-e-r. And Louis, I was just wondering, what is HomeGain doing here. I mean we are a real estate event. I mean I thought you guys were absconding, taking our leads, processing them, and then selling them back to us, right?

Louis Cammarosano: No absolutely not. What we are here to do is to talk about getting as many different marketing quivers in your arrow out there. So, everything that we learned here today was about blogging and how you can do things on our own and we talked about today from HomeGains perspective is how HomeGain can add an additional way of connecting consumers and realtors.

BrokerIPTV: You were up on the panel up there and tools that HomeGain is delivering to the brokers out there.

Louis Cammarosano: That is right. We talked about today from HomeGains advantage point, the BuyerLink product that we have that sends traffic directly to agents and brokers websites. So, they don't have to blog to get the traffic there. We deliver the traffic. It is a pay per click. It is up to the agent to convert that traffic at his end.

BrokerIPTV: So, what are some of the changes there then? What are some of the let us say false perceptions out there about HomeGain in the real estate community? Anything you want to put to rest?

Louis Cammarosano: One of the things is that HomeGain takes realtor data in the form of listings and then tries to sell around that. We don't do that. As we just mentioned Mark, we deliver traffic to agents and brokers' websites where they display the listings and that is a very important point because our consumer, our customer, is the real estate agent. All of our marketing budget goes towards providing leads and traffic to realtors.

BrokerIPTV: And how does HomeGain, how are they doing as far as their stock value and participants?

Louis Cammarosano: We don't have a stock value. We were sold back in 2005 50 Classified Ventures and we have been profitable for the last five years.

BrokerIPTV: Wow, well, that is an eternity in the real estate world.

Louis Cammarosano: Right.
