Closed Sales were down -13.3% for March 2019 with 274 units closed compared to 316 in 2018.
Cash sales decreased -18.8% compared to March 2018.
New Pending Sales were down -13.6%.
New Listings were down -8.7%.
Median Sales Price for Condos and Townhouses was up 15.6% to $185,000 compared to a year ago, when it was $160,000.
Months’ Supply of Inventory was up 17.1% to 4.1 months in March 2019 from 3.5 months in March 2018.
Traditional Sales were down -12.9%, with a median sales price of $186,000.
Foreclosure/REO Sales were down -40% with 3 sales and a median sales price of $132,000.
Short Sale Closings saw no change with one sale in March 2018 and one in March 2019 with a median sales price of $120,000.
