57 Ocean Miami Beach Condominium Under Construction w/ Revised Plan

Construction has begun, and original floorplan layouts have been revised (as of May 2019) on the newest beachfront luxury Miami Beach condominium development - 57 Ocean Miami Beach Condominium

Preconstruction sales and reservations began in late October 2018 with 1st offering Pre-construction pricings* offered from approximately $1.5m up to $35m for the largest top floor 57 Ocean penthouse homes.

The 57 Ocean Miami Beach condominium is located at 5775 Collins Avenue, on a stretch of Miami Beach known as "Millionaire’s Row". The mid-beach location offers easy access to Miami, South Beach, Bal Harbour, major sporting and entertainment venues, Miami International Airport, and much more that South Florida has to offer.

The 57 Ocean Miami Beach condo will be an 18-story "mid-rise" luxury condominium property now offering only 71 luxury condominium residences and penthouse homes.

Designed by the award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, the beautifully designed "boutique-styled" Mid-Miami Beach oceanfront 71 condominium residences are offered in 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from approx. 1,250 sq.ft. to over 3,600 sq.ft. under air. MAY 2019 UPDATE & REVISIONS - The original plan for only 8 large 4-bedroom "Sky residences" has been changed to offer 18 of the larger luxury oceanfront residences. This revision changes the early plan from a total of 81 residences down to 71 luxury residences.

The 57 Ocean "Sky residences" are priced* from $7m to $8.5m. The "Sky residences" offer more than 5,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor space, 4-bedrooms, 5.5-baths, a family room, and expansive 12-foot deep wrap-around terraces facing the city and the ocean. The "Sky residences" will be located on the southern and northern corners on the upper floors of the 18-story 57 Ocean Miami Condominium.

Additional larger penthouses at 57 Ocean range in price* from $15m to $35m, along with a penthouse duplex, which can be customized by size, is also available.

57 Ocean Miami Beach residents will have direct access to over 250 linear feet of the wide Miami Beach, among many other 5-star luxury features, amenities and services.
