I am relatively new to this whole blogging concept.  I signed up for Active Rain a year ago but never really blogged any thing other than my listings. 

I am not real sure what it is I am supposed to write about but I'll try and give this another shot. 
I am a Realtor with All Points Realty.  I specialize in the sale of land but I sell other forms of Real Estate as well.  I assist both buyer and seller.  My website is www.NortheasternOhioProperty.com. 

My husband and I moved to Ashtabula County with our 2 sons in 1993.   We both originated from the Cleveland area and were really tired of city life.  We bought a couple of acres where our kids could run, play and grow.  We  found it fairly easy to adapt to the rural atmosphere.  I opted to stay home with the kids while they were growing up.  But now that they are grown up I 've decided to re-pursue my Real Estate career. 

Real Estate is a pretty rewarding career.  But you have to be persistent and consistent to make it.  At first it costs you more than it pays you.  And of course this current market is ugly too.  Even though it can't realistically continue like this, if feels like its going on forever. 

Its stil very much a buyer's market and just last week the fed dropped the rates again.  Although credit requirements are quite a bit more rigid, there are still great opportunities for home ownership.  The mistake people may make is to try and "guess" the market.  Unfortunately they may wait too long and miss out.  Don't wait until its too late!
