The Waxhaw area of the Charlotte, North Carolina metro area (the 28173 zip code–encompassing the three towns of Waxhaw, Marvin and Weddington) continued to see tight inventory and a continued decrease in new listings year-over-year, impacting closed sales negatively. On the positive side, pending sales improved by double digits compared with the same time period one year ago.

Roy Kelley hi Roy... there are days I think we need to start building an Ark... it's overcast here in Charlotte... the sun keeps trying to come out but so far not much success. One of our grandsons was expected to arrive on Saturday... all flights from Denver were cancelled that day. He made it in yesterday, but I can't remember the last time all flights were grounded not in the middle of a snow or ice storm.
