If we look at the world right now, many economies are sputtering.  It isn't our president  running all those other countries.  These are business cycles.  By they way, in our constitution the ones that create the bills, the legislation, and pass the laws tha govern is Congress.  The president cannot create a bill, or run the budget..he can only sign off or reject what Congress sends him. Your blaming the wrong person.  Maybe you need to be fed up with your congressman or US Senators.  I know my constitution!
