South Riding Mid Week Update 5/11/2019 - 5/14/2019

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 27 homes for sale. 1 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale condos.   5 homes which went active under contract or pending; 3 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes closed; 1 traditional sale town homes.  There are 7 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
