Hug Me! May 27 is National Hugging Day

What a super event-May 27 is National Hugging Day.

This is a great excuse to both give and receive because when you give a hug, you automatically receive one in return. 

Hugs are loving. Hugs are therapeutic. Hugs are caring. Hugs are celebratory.

Hugs make you feel good inside. A hug is a way to say everything is, or will be okay. It is proof that you're loved and cared about without anyone having to say a word!

Celebrate today by giving hugs to family, friends and loved ones. Not sure who wants a hug? Just ask.

Or be like my youngest child Mo Crowe and make a handwritten sign offering Free Hugs--it's surprising how many people will accept the offer and have a better day because of it.
