I gave a seminar today in Boise with a few other business coaches.  My section of the seminar focused on the five ways you can absolutely increase profits.  It's amazing and it WORKS!  As a member of the #1 business coaching firm on planet earth, myself and my fellow coaches have seen the process work time and time again.

Consider this.  Customers are great.  Revenue is wonderful.  Profit is essential!  But each of these 3 things are a PRODUCT of other things.  So stop worrying about customers.  Instead, focus on generating leads and converting them to paying customers!  We have proven systems that can help...just attend one of our seminars (I'll even do this over the phone if you're not in Idaho).  Now consider revenue...isn't that just a product of customers (times) the number of transactions on average each customer does with you each year (times) the average $/sale from each transaction?  So stop worrying about revenue and get those customers BACK IN THE DOOR and upsell them (yes, even in real estate you can do this...).  Then there's PROFIT...the reason commercial business exists.  Profit, of course, is just revenue times your profit margins.  And did you know that margins can be adjusted!  People will pay more for blow-your-mind service!

I'll be scheduling an evening seminar on the 5 ways...and I'll have a few folks "in person" but broadcast the seminar over the internet as well (GoToMeeting).  I'll post the date and time online as soon as I have the logistics.  Can you tell me what works best for your work schedule...early morning or late afternoon?  Or even after "normal" work hours (whatever that is...haha).  :)

Jason, This sounds like it could really help me with my Real Estate career. I would also like to join...I am always looking for good proactive ways to grow my business. I have read many of your blogs and know you are a man who knows what he is talking about. I am sure you would be able to help me move my business to the next level.
