Affordability Driving Sales in Greater Auroraland Area

Sometimes its fun to run numbers just to see what trends are developing in your general market.  With a bit of free time I decided to look at Year to Date sales in the six major cities and towns surrounding my market along with current inventory in the detached single family home market.  Find your town and if you are selling you will understand why your home either sold pretty fast or is taking longer to sell.  You can look at previous posts for your town to get the median sales price.

With Aurora's more affordable homes and coupled withlow inventory levels sales will continue to beat 2018's numbers unless a major change in interest rates slows the whole market place.
