Summer Casual Entertaining...Have a Considerate Menu
YUM....YUM...YUM...
Warmer weather can mean more casual entertaining ....decks...patios or other picnic venues may well be the spots you choose to enjoy the weather, company of friends...and more snacks and barbeques than heavy meals.
There are more "spur of the moment" ...drop in sort of times and our
pantry is always prepared as well as the fridge/freezer for snacks to compliment the lemonade or something stronger.
Whether it is sugar free...low sodium or Gluten free...you will find something that tickles your tastebuds at our house.
It may be slices of fruit...apples and pears...to dip or not in low fat dips or slices of peppers are great
"dippables". The slices and sticks ready for salad fixins are also great for snacks.
We are also big "Ka-Bobbers" ....of all kinds...not just for grilling.
You wouldn't be in Wisconsin if you didn't have some kind ...or LOTS of cheese..whether you slice it, cube it, spread it, crumble it...it's there to enjoy in many varieties and textures.
Did you know that all Frito Lay products are Gluten Free...? Certainly something to keep in mind for the summer snack season...and every season you welcome guests.
Memorial Day weekend "begins summer" in the minds and hearts of many people ...enjoy it!
