Should You Buy a Home in Charlotte Now or Wait Until Next Year?

I get this question quite often. My response is that it’s often best to go with what you know than the unknown!

Is it wise to consider that next year is an election year and investments of all kinds (stocks & real estate alike) are far more volatile during an election year. Conversely, the interest rates remain quite low and sales price continue to rise due to low inventory.
