There were 38 active listing of homes and condos in April of 2019 jumped 65.2% from 23 listing in April of 2018; While there were 2.5 months available inventory of homes and condos in April of 2019, down 0.9% from 2.6 months of available inventory in April of 2018 in Eagle Rock, California.

An average sales price for a home and a condo was $1,003,941 in April of 2019 declined 4.1% from $638,626 in April of 2018; While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $907,000 in April of 2019, lower 4.9% from $953,500 in April of 2018 in Eagle Rock, California.
