The Southern NH real estate market has kicked up a few notches. Are you taking advantage of it?

Buyers are buying real estate...no matter what you've heard on the news!

Remember the old saying Location-location-location? Make no mistake about it...your Location begins on the internet and not curb side.

If you have a home currently listed for sale, have you googled your address lately? What comes up...your listing agent's presentation of your home? Another agent's web site? How does your home "show" on the internet? Open and inviting? Nice pictures? Virtual tours? Video tours? Dedicated weblog by address? Creative ad copy? Creative marketing?

Monika - excellent post on Internet marketing. Showing potential sellers what you are currently doing and the on-line results is a terrific idea - this post would be great to email to potential clients, or to print if out and use in a pre-listing package.

I now print out the actual Google results so potential sellers can see that a listing of mine is all over Page 1 of Google and show them this as part of my listing presentatioon when talking about on-line marketing.

Great job! It is so important for sellers to check this out before listing with an agent. How the agent plans to market the property is crucial. The internet is key!

Monika you are right on the money as always. More and more buyers are beginning their search for a home on the Internet, so it is very important to have not only a presence there, but you that really shows off your house.

Hi Monika - I like Jeff's idea of printing out the results, too. I tell potential sellers all the time to google me, and I show them listings online, too, to show them what I do. Proactive marketing - love it!

I'm getting more and more leads from the internet...I am starting to use more slide shows and now I'm experimenting with video...hopefully I'll roll it out soon. Nice presentation.

Monika - this is a powerful blog for those sellers out there that will have listings that will be expired or withdrawn (which is many). In addition, for new sellers to really see the difference between an agent who does not understand internet marketing outside the MLS and realtor.com versus one who is an expert. That should be a huge driver for continued success for you. I learned a few things from this post so thank you !!! I take it this is not your main blog (saw the prior post) ? Hi Monika,

I've seen steady inquiries into flex space for commercial in southern NH as well - Manchester, Nashua areas people can't seem to get enough. My fingers are crossed that the trend will move north towards Dartmouth as well!
