Sharing is a Wonderful Thing....
Sally and David take being thoughtful to a new high! I love the idea of giving a hostess gift that can be used after the big event when they really could use it. This is especially good for closing gifts for your new buyers who may be planning on hosting a Housewarming for their new home.
Tis the season with many celebrations...graduations, weddings, parties of all kinds that hope for wonderful weather this season in southeastern Wisconsin....it really is "all about the party" time ! We enjoy entertaining and as a result have quite an inventory of all kinds of "entertainment friendly" items...from chairs and banquet
tables to chafing dishes, assorted sizes of crock pots, the ever famous Nesco, a large variety of coolers for soda, beer, wine, water etc., platters etc. etc. An offer we make to our sphere thru our snail mail newsletter and may also add email to people we know that are
having celebrations...is we will deliver whatever party supplies they need and pick them up after they have been used.
Whether everyone in our sphere can or would use these items or not...they see that we are "coming from contribution" and it is one less detail that they have to consider for their event. The offer is soooo appreciated !
Soooo you say...entertainment inventory is not what you have...not a problem...so many other things you can do. A trip to the dollar store will find plates, napkins, disposable flatware, decorations, balloons...DIY centerpiece materials...many things that would be welcome additions for parties of all kinds.
Be the "helpful behind the scenes" person. A great Host/Hostess gift that we have always appreciated is a gift card we get and give for
the day...when you are "partied out" and so appreciate looking forward to the time to chill after all things party are cleaned up and the guests gone...time to take a breath.
