There were 47 active listing of homes and condos in April of 2019 down 9.6% from 52 listing in April of 2018; While there were 2.2 months available inventory of homes and condos in April of 2019, fell 39.7% from 3.7 months of available inventory in April of 2018 in Tujunga, California.

An average sales price for a home and a condo was $655,326 in April of 2019 declined 0.5% from $689,595 in April of 2018; While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $585,000 in April of 2019, decreased 7.1% from $630,000 in April of 2018 in Tujunga, California.
