Located just north of Bonita Springs in Estero, Florida is Grandezza.
Grandezza is an ideal location due to close proximity to FGSU - Florida Gulfcoast State University, SWFLA Regional Airport (RSW), The International Design Center and Miromar Outlets, Grandezza offers low fees and a highly amenitized lifestyle.
All homeowners in Grandezza are social members of the country club, which includes use of the dining/bar, fitness center, locker rooms, proshops, tennis and swimming. Equity golf memberships for the 18 hole course are still available and limited to 400 members. There are sports memberships, which offer a restricted amount of golf, for a reduced fee.
Homes in Grandezza are priced from about $300,000 for a condominium home with garage to over $1.5M for estate homes. The remaining residences offered by the developer have recently closed sale. The development is now sold out and only offers resale properties. Many of the resale properties are fairly new or new-resales that are investor owned and for sale, having never been lived in.
Due to close proximity to FGCU, the condominium offerings at Grandezza may offer housing for faculty and attendees.
Easy access to Fort Myers, Naples and Bonita Springs is available via I-75, Treeline Drive and the extension of Three Oaks Parkway which is currently in progress. Three Oaks Parkway will extend south through Bonita Springs and connect to Livingston Road at Bonita Beach Road.
The Clubhouse at Grandezza offers sweeping views of the community pool, lake and golf course. A poolside cabana offers refreshments to residents enjoying the pool or returning from a round of golf. Access to the locker rooms is available at the lower level/fitness level. The lower level of the clubhouse also hosts a complete fitness center and weight room, pro shop, locker room, lounge and access to the bag drop.
The upper level of the clubhouse features dining, ballroom, loung and bar area and drive up entry. The hall can be rented for private parties and events such as weddings, meetings and reunions. There is a full list of activities for members to pick up in the lobby. The tennis center is located next to the clubhouse. There is an ample supply of courts and sign ups are recommended, especially during the busy season.
Grandézza's championship golf course stretches across 125 acres of terrain. Golf memberships are limited to a mere 400, which ensures ample space and time to enjoy the beauty of the course.

The course features undulating greens, rolling fairways and sharp elevation changes. The course designer is Darwin Sharp III. The course was created to ensure a great experience in a natural habitat that includes countless species of birds and deer, with preserves of pine and cypress.
