It is my professional opinion as always Delaire Landing Condos is an investment in your future. If you make upgrades to your unit you will reap the rewards. Kitchen and bathrooms are what people notice first but heaters and air units are what the inspectors spot. These items are what should be updated and did I forget windows newer windows and sliders not only help in resale but you will notice a considerable difference in your bills.
