We are so blessed here in this country, we take so much for granted. I have spent thousands on new plumbing because 180 years is typically the life span of old pipes. I had hoped I was then done but stuff happens. Two weeks ago I had to replace something in the toilet I use. Yesterday the plumber was here again, this time to free something blocking the flush. So far so good. You never really think of these things until they are gone and so I have decided to be grateful rather than angry at the dollars spent. Fortunately I am in a position to make it better.
Hello Sheila, Always good to have a plumber you can feel good about fixing the problem. Make it a great week.

Sheila,
Glad that it all worked out for you. We all have those times, when we forget that a billion people would love to trade places with us in a nano second. We tell ourselves that every day, and voila, we shape us. A

Good afternoon Sheila - 180 is certainly a long time for plumbing. I don't even have a comparison.

I'm having house issues myself today. We are having strong winds, and while bringing in groceries, the door leading from my kitchen into the garage shammed shut. Somehow, the significant jarring has locked my door shut. The key won't tumble it open. Right now, I'm waiting for my next door neighbor to return from a little vacation he and his wife are on. They've been gone a week, which is usually the amount of time their little journeys are. He's a certified locksmith. In the meantime, I'm getting in and out of the garage with the automatic door opener. It's a little inconvenient, but I can wait.

As much as it sucks to have to pay for a plumber the alternative is not a very pleasant one. Glad you got it fixed and things are running smoothly again.

Morning Sheila.
While plumbers and electricians are not my favorite people to call, when you need them things are definitely not right.

Oh my, when anything plumbing related isn't working, it can definitely remind us how lucky we are to have these things (toilets, showers, hot and cold running water). I'm glad it's all back to normal!
