A hot week-end in Austin... Perfect pool weather but horrific storms last night including tornado warnings!

Friday I provided comparable sales to appeal an appraisal for one of my buyers. Considering only 6% of appraisals are overturned I'm cautiously optimistic but this one is clearly not well done. I met with 2 sellers on Saturday and listed their homes. One hopefully coming on this week as I reached out to my favorite stager Brian Morris and he just had a cancellation and is working my client in this week!

Son and family came out for some Franklin's BBQ Sunday as well as daughter and some of her family...always a nice visit with Geno which he dearly loves!

In case you didn't know June is Home-ownership month and its important to recognize because housing matters for individual economic opportunity.
