The Focus Is Not On The Agent | It's All About The Homeowner/Client

We’re still experiencing a sellers’ market in Franklin MA. School ends in a week, and summer vacations will be the focus for most families.

Direct mail marketing must continue no matter what the season of the year may be. The good weather is certainly more desirable for selling a home than our severe winter months.

The theme of the postcard for the month of June will be “what the seller can expect from us” and using the analogy of “stepping up to home plate.”

When creating a postcard, it’s important to think as a homeowner/potential seller would think.  Everyone wants an agent who will represent them properly, no matter what the situation may be.  “It’s all about the client.”

The only quality a client is most concerned about is what’s in it for them. How will the client benefit from this real estate agent?

Our postcard answers that question. Our postcard states what we do for the client throughout the entire process, from start to finish.

Listing agents are marketing agents. Once the deal goes together, the work begins. The work for a listing agent is to represent the seller properly from the listing table to the closing table.  It all begins with this postcard for a Free Market Analysis.

Just a last thought before printing….

Barbara it is all about the client and not about us, which means we need to look at thing through their eyes.

Hello Barbara - What's In It For Me - WII-FM is a favorite radio station when it comes for call letters.  Keeping clients as the focus is always a good strategy.

Barbara, Direct mail has always been the best venue for new listings for our company.

Personalized with a First Class stamp.  It is A LOT more expensive per contact, but very few wind up in the trash can at the post office.

Good morning again Barbara. How smart and refreshing this is. I have known agents whose business cards are so full of useless information and initials you know where they are coming from.

That’s an eye-catching postcard, Barbara...but I’m not surprised given the source. The focus is where it should always be, on the buyer or seller and what they need.
