So if you're looking for a low maintenance lifestyle and ready to let someone else push the mower and get sweat soaked, a move-in ready Fischer Homes patio home may be just the answer for you!
You'll get brand new and move in will be anywhere from as quick as you can get financing completed to approximately 90 days depending on the stage of the patio home.
Fischer Homes remains one of the largest builders of Cincinnati patio homes, with first floor plans maxing out at about 2000 sq ft and then more can be added with a finished lower level or loft area depending on the selected plan.
Since these patio homes were not designed to order, they'll be constructed to fit mainstream tastes and using Fischer's most popular floor plans.
Fischer Homes is currently offering the following new construction patio homes in the Greater Cincinnati area that are already complete or will mostly be ready in the next 3 months.
This month Fischer Homes has 2 patio homes ready in Ohio and 5 in Northern Kentucky.
Fischer also has 2 paired patio homes in Northern Kentucky. Paired patio homes can be either ranch or two story attached units depending on the available plan. For now they're out of the move-in ready ranch style paired patio homes and only have 2 story available at Whitestone Links in Florence, Kentucky. You can still custom order the ranch style paired patio homes.
Ohio patio homes:
Pierce Township's Prestwick Place offers a Winthrop (immediate) for $414,900
and a Wilmington (immediate) for $337,900.
Northern Kentucky patio homes:
Union's Preakness Pointe offers a Winthrop (immediate) for $349,676.
Alexandria's The Shire At Arcadia has a Winthorp (TBD) for $421,472 and a Kiawah (immediate) for $326,548.
Hebron's Tanner Cove has a Kiawah (immediate) for $309,180.
Covington's Tuscany has opened a patio home phase and has an Edenton (TBD) for $338,168.
The paired patio homes in Whitestone Links & Tanner's Cove are priced in the $240s for the paired ranch homes and the very low $200s for the two story paired patio homes.
Fischer Homes can sell these or adjust price as they deem necessary (most of the above had price adjustments recently, some up and some down). You can find the latest availability by looking for patio homes on Fischer Homes' Move In Ready page for Greater Cincinnati. Once you're there, if you see something you like, or have further questions, we're going to ask you to go the following:
