It is a wonderfully busy weekend ...on the business side getting a listing ready to launch in the coming week, a new buyer consultation and writing an offer in a fiercely competitive market on an adorable house. Social appearances/attendance is required at five different places. Looks like Alexa may have had her weather forecast correct this time and it looks like we may be in for a Soggy weekend...it's why there are umbrellas after all...onward and upward. We are truly being "active" in what will be rain !
The listing will be a post or two in itself...suffice to say it has been a too long road to recovery after a flood and with the finishing touches put on the renovations and updates...it will be listed. Their parting words to us as we stopped in to check on the last details being completed were our favorite words..."We Trust You..."
. Making arrangements for a time to write the offer AND of course Sellabrate...in this case Buyabrate with the Buyers in this ultra competitive market...we told them we would sleep on some of the ways to craft the best possible offer. Again...we got to hear our favorite words..."We Trust You."
Nothing makes us prouder than to have clients who listen to our advice...and follow it...who believe that our direction be it for listing or buying will enable them to accomplish their goals than when you hear those three words.
