This is in the realm of good and not so good realtor's pictures!!!!
Took a client to look at this home. I had all the information and pictures. Looked nice, but did not notice what was lying around the pool with all the chairs and kid's toys. Well, it became really obvious when we walked out the back doors! They had very big dogs and very big dogs leave lots of big "baby ruth's!"
Would you have actually taken these pictures? A genuine, certified Akron, Ohio real estate agent did!!
Now, if I had not told you what that was, would you have been prepared?
