Here are the sales and inventory statistics for the month of May. The activity continues to pick up at this time. Sales continue to increase and we have over 100 pending sales awaiting closing. The short sale process has really delayed closings, but it's a matter of time before that all changes. The inventory is around 200 properties lower than that of May 2007. The market is really beginning to show a turn for the better. These stats are from Destin through Inlet Beach.
