Nina Hollander Yes, Alberto is!  We are sending him and the Bologna restaurant a link to the video.  I agree with you, I have not understood why those in service industries do not do their utmost to give good service, and seriously it should have nothing to do with the price...I have seen mediocre and haughty service  at high end and low end stores...We do not darken their doors with our presence or dollars. 

At the luxe conference in Paris not long ago, I was sitting next to an LVMH executive, and he was telling me how difficult it is for them to make sure all their stores give great service...A

Hello Ron and Alexandra Seigel, this is a great video, thank you for sharing it with us. Alberto certainly does go above and beyond. I'm sure he will appreciate the mention when he sees the video. 
Some people who are in customer service do not being there, clearly, providing service is not a priority. Whether be at a five-star resort or a local store, everyone deserves a great customer service.
