My office, Remerica Hometown One, sponsored our attendance at a seminar this morning hosted by Floyd Wickman.  Spent the morning with many colleagues and othe professionals from different companies eager to brush up on our skills and absorb the energy that these seminars provide.  I can only compare Wickman's approach to Mike Ferry's, whose productivity school I attended last year.  I use Ferry's scripts on occasion.  Has anyone done coaching with either or both?

Because we all get into a slump in this business, he provided some tips on how to STAY MOTIVATED:

1.  Set Goals.  They give physical energy.

2.  Commitment.  Once you give direction to yourself, you choose to do or you don't.

3.  Basics.  Be receptive with phone calls, and get those face-to-face meetings with people.
