While visiting new construction in Crozet Virginia, I took a couple of photos...

New Construction

This looks like a portal into another dimension!!! (to much Twilight Zone as a kid)!!! LOL!

New Construction

Here is a window with a view.... now for what is on the other side!

Here you go:

Old Trail Homes

These are beautiful homes in Old Trail, a wonderful community at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Crozet Virginia!

When visiting and looking at Charlottesville Real Estate, remember Crozet and the new homes at Old Trail, they are on my top ten places to see in our area!

Nice looking new community, Charles, I like the different styles and elevations - not so cookie cutter.

Charles, the front view on Old Trail with the homes in a row and the mountains as a backdrop make for a very attractive neighborhood. I agree with you about your portal photo into the Twilight Zone. Nice variation with the exterior colors as well.

Charles, this is a beautiful neighborhood.  The pictures make it feel so nice and open, not like you can reach out the window and borrow a cup of sugar from your neighbor :)  Is that a bike or walking path on the left?

Charles, If that is a load bearing header in the first photo, then they need some jack studs under it - seriously! This the type of thing I look for during a framing inspection.
