Painting Soon? See what your walls will look like and save time, money and paint!

See your vacation rental images with your paint colors

Painting your vacation home rental anytime soon?  We recently stumbled on a very cool tool to help you decide if you will continue with the plain Jane "vanilla" color or spice up the walls with some really cool new colors.

You can save time and money with this new tool to see what your walls can look like before any painting.  We're not promoting any specific paint or vendor, however, this service is available at the Behr Paints website.  It is called Paint Your Place.  You can use stock images for free to view color pallates and complementing colors for trim and accents.  For $4.95 per year you can upload images of the rooms in your vacation home to see a good representation of what your rooms will look like.

You can browse, change and coordinate colors with ease.  If you will be painting your vacation rentals in the near future this site is worth a look - Color Smart - Paint Your Place.

Wow this is a really great idea for everyday use in everyone's home. Thanks for the great info, I'm thinking of adding it to my website. The $4.95 per year is better and cheaper than a paint mishap.

Thats cool tool. I like it. Tech just keeps getting better and better ever day. I have a neat landscaping tool also like this.

Hi Lyn - Thank you for your comment!  Appears to be a very cool tool.  Must give credit to my wife as she found the site and used it to check colors before re-painting our bathroom.  Now if we could just click the mouse and the walls in the "real" house would be painted!  Some day - thanks - John
