Nathaniel flew from New York to one of the New Construction homes for sale in Alexander AR! There are a LOT of moving parts when it comes to any transaction but when you add a cross-country relocation into the mix, things can get tricky! Because flights can get expensive, we had to get creative and use video to allow Nathaniel to tour homes and areas virtually.
I went through two phone mounts for my car helping Nathaniel see properties by recording videos from my dashboard as I drove around different communities. As soon as we found the one and he went under contract, I knew it was important for him to have a team locally that would get us to our quickly approaching closing date on time! And luckily for us, Nathaniel liked his home even more than anticipated when he saw it in person for the first time!
