Beth Atalay - Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me homes are appreciating in Clermont. Those homes are stunning! Also, I'm guessing Florida isn't just for retirees. By the larger size and prices of the upper-end homes, I'm guessing there are a lot of executives who enjoy FL very much. Your photos are beautiful and you always give an excellent marketing report.
