Stone Ridge Mid Week Update 6/22/2019 - 6/26/2019

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. There are currently 8 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes.  3 homes which went active under contract; 2 traditional sale town & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes closed; 1 traditional sale detached homes. There are 5 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
