Is Your Dog Afraid of Fireworks? Here are a few tips to keep them feeling safe

Is your dog afraid of fireworks? Sadly, they are in good company. Sudden, loud noises, including thunder, lightening or any startling noise can send a noise-phobic pooch reeling. In fact, more dogs run away from home during the month of July than any other month of the year. A lot of blame is placed on the beginning of the month - Independence Day fireworks.

Here are a few tips and tricks from the Humane Society of Charlotte team that can help.

Stay safe and help your fur babies feel safe and loved as you celebrate Independence Day!
