"How can I help?"

That one question is how I've built the majority of my career . "How can I help" make the loan process easier for borrowers?  "How can I help" real estate agents improve their business in a way that's different than other lenders?

Well one way I've been helping over the past couple years is by implementing data systems into my business that have a) gotten the rent V buy crowd off the fence and convinced buying is the way to go, b) gotten buyers motivated and convinced that the most important thing they can do is get into a home asap, and c) helped agents and their clients Recession Mortgageunderstand how to best structure a deal with financial savvy (aka alternatives to low ball offers, repair requests, etc).

One of the things I've heard recently is that agents are hearing a lot about a pending recession - what will it mean?  How will it impact housing?  How can you effectively communicate with a buyer that's still scarred from the great recession and waiting for the next "dip" before buying?  The millenial buyer who saw their parents lose their home?

Well, we'll cover all of those things and more tools to help you in a webinar next week.  Wednesday, July 10, at 10am Pacific (1pm Eastern).  I'll be covering the following topics:

- When the recession will be here

- How to advise clients that are on the fence or waiting for the "dip"

- Why this recession will be NOTHING like the last one for housing

- How the recession will create opportunities for those in the real estate community

My goal is to ensure the information provided helps you in your real estate business.  To register for the webinar, please use the following url link:

Jon I'm sure you'll have a good attendance at this webinar. I personally don't believe a recession is around the corner as many numbers are looking strong. But you never know, something could happen and bring it all down. Hopefully not. I don't ever want to see another down turn like we had 10 years ago.

I think there is a little more regulation in the marketplace, especially with mortgage origination that will help soften the landing of any future dip.  And, I've noticed homebuyers putting more cash down in their home buying transactions.  I suspect their having more skin in the game, rather than getting in skinny, with liar loans, saddled with interest rates that escallate rapidly within a year of buying, will help!

Hi John,
Sometimes prophesies are self-fulfilling so it's important to stay on the positive side.  I think a lot of people are scared due to the very unstable and divisive political climate in this country.
