I never considered a difference of opinion in politics, in religion, in philosophy, as cause for withdrawing from a friend. Thomas Jefferson
We had the family over on Wednesday night since others had plans for July 4th. Besides the traditional hot dogs and potato salad (yes Barbara Todaro, it is the one time of year that I indulge in a hot dog).
We saw these horses on our morning walk! I am in Texas after all!
The U. S. Constitution doesn't guarantee happiness, only the pursuit of it. You have to catch up with it yourself. Benjamin Franklin
We didn’t have to go far to see fireworks, though. There were several fireworks going off all around us so we had a great view from our family room windows!
Men often oppose a thing merely because they have had no agency in planning it, or because it may have been planned by those whom they dislike. Alexander Hamilton
It’s been years since I’d had S’mores so this was the perfect opportunity to introduce them to my great niece and nephews.
If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter. George Washington
Have a weekend full of fun and sun!
