The average real estate agent is soley working every aspect of a real estate transaction.  In a team situation the work is shared and things get done quicker and more efficient.  Also, this approach to home selling allows for clients to have access to more than one contact, if another team member is not available.

It is just not possible to be in more place than one, so spliting up the tasks to get the job done effectively allow for a quicker and smoother transaction.

The bottom line is:

Clients receive better service because there is more manpower to complete the many tasks in a real estate transaction.
