Hi Everyone! Happy Tuesday - Hoping everyone is having a great day!
Anyone up for the Trapeze?!? I noticed the park has new landing benches.

Jane,
I loved this one, and definitely see Pavarotti... We just got back from seeing it, and it was magnificent.

Ron and Alexandra Seigel, I would have loved knowing
how you saw a connection - Pavarotti and the quote. I was so happy to see a closeup of Pavarotti at the ending of one performance of Nessun Dorma - and the words:
All' Alba vincero! At Dawn, I WILL WIN!
Vincero' I WILL WIN!
Vincero' I WILL WIN!
Alexandra, he completed his words and a few measures of music remain in
which you could see by his facial expression that Luciano Pavarotti had
just put his whole heart and soul in the performance. As you write:
'magnificent.'
Myrl Jeffcoat, I pay attention to the quotes you choose and so many times it helps me rethink my choices and movements of the day.
Leif Price, it is true, isn't it? Opportunity or opportunities are presented and flash before us, but they are not exactly 'freebies, are they? Usually requires getting involved and putting in work; in some cases, a lot of work :)
I like the Charles M. Schulz quotes too, James Dray . I enjoy the humor and how they leave me with a happy smile in my busy mind.
No Cliff Notes and 'No answers in the Back of the Book.' Yup, Barbara Todaro, I agree, cute Schulz quote and it sure would make life easier if there were directions, instructions, and answers.
Hi Wayne Martin, looks like you have chosen Charles M. Schulz like most of the other ActiveRain members as the favorite of the day. I, too, love his humor tucked within the words.
Roy Kelley, always fun to trade flowers and quotes with you. Thank you for
coming to the Sandbox.

Jane,
The movie showed his sense of humor and the fact that he did not take himself seriously, i.e. he did not think he was the end all be all of tenors. Nessun Dorma became his signature song, and he did win...A
