Broward County FL Real Estate For Sale- Market Report 4/2008-6/2008

Inventory has increased dramatically during present market conditions,making the days on the market(DOM) figure grow.

There's about 2 years of inventory for single family homes and 5 years of inventory for Condo/Townhomes. The majority of these homes are either in foreclosure...REO's or are attempting to sell short. There has been a small reduction in inventory and a small increase on pending and closed sales.
