Hey Everyone!

What do you think?  Today the unemployment stats come out, will they be good or bad? Is oil going to keep going up? I saw in the paper this morning that mortgage data show 8.8 % of mortgages are in trouble. (Interesting side fact- did you know that around 1/3 of homes in us do NOT have any mortgage?)

With all this news, with all the uncertainty, it is still anyone's guess. But...retail sales aren't dropping, people still need homes, over the long term housing is still a great investment. There are more buyers coming out, because housing closes are up from the previous month. (True their down from last year, but at least they are up from Last month!) So we need to realize today, that this is the time to buy, if you have the ways and means.

On a local note, I am still waiting on an answer for local stats. So I will post the May stats for San Diego's Scripps Poway area, Rancho Penasquitos, Mira Mesa & Powawhen they get the kinks worked out, so I can provide you accurate data.
