HEATHROW, Fla. - Kolter Homes is launching a master down Birch model at Grande Oaks at Heathrow.

Steven Bovio, senior project manager at the luxury townhome community at Heathrow, said he's had so many requests for downstairs master suites that Kolter Homes has introduced a new floor plan.

Bovio said Kolter Homes will start construction of 34 new townhomes that feature upstairs or downstairs master suites.  The new floor plans range in size from 1,857 square feet of living space to 2,138 square feet, and the new townhomes will open in November. 

Luxury townhomes at Grande Oaks at Heathrow are priced from the high $200s.
