Based on information from NNEREN for the period May 1 through May 30, 2008 and 2007 for single family residences in Belknap and Carroll Counties.
It has been a while folks since my last report (sorry), but here is the Lakes Region update for May 2008. As you can see there are 2 POSITIVE aspects to this report!!!
1.- The average sale price for Belknap and Carroll counties is UP - 6.12%!! Hooray!
2.- Look at the pending sales!!
Pending sales is a good indication of where the market is heading. Hopefully this means that things will start improving.
Buyers: Buy now while prices and interest rates are low. Don't wait any longer, now is the time!
