I have been blessed to live in this community for 10 years. The location is great. We are close to I 95, 395, 295, and 495. In addition to the Metro, other public transportation will get you around the area.
I have the best neighbors on the development. They respect each others privacy but are quick to assist when needed. One neighbor places flags on every lawn on holidays. I was deeply touched to the point of tears as I am a Veteran. Every year, I make sure I thank him. The entire neighborhood has Seasonal parties and you get another opportunity to meet and greet.
Victoria Falls is a wonderful place to live. No grass to cut or snow to shovel. We have gorgeous grounds and an excellent community center with many activities for the residents. There is also a senior center a short distant away and a hospital less than two miles.
If shopping is your thing, there are numerous malls. Columbia, Towson Town, Arundel Mills, Potomac Mills, Pentagon Mall, Tysons Corner are just a few that makes this area a shopper’s paradise. In addition, Maryland Live, MGM. and the Horse Casinos are a short ride away.
