On July 18, 2019, ATTOM Data Solutions reported nationwide single family homes and condos sold price was $266,000 in the 2nd quarter of 2019, rose 10.8% from the price of $232,200 in the 1st quarter of 2019, and rose 6.4% from 2nd quarter of 2019.
Distress sales accounted for 11.4% single family homes and condos sales in the 2nd quarter of 2019, declined 14.0% from 1st quarter of 2019, but up approximately 1.0% from all distress sales in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
Cash buyers accounted for 25.0% of all single family home and condo sales in the 2nd quarter of 2019, decreased from 27.7% in the 1st quarter of 2019, and dropped from 26.9% in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
Investors minumum ten properties per year acquired 2.2% of all home sales in the 2nd quarter of 2019 higher from 1.9% in the 1st quarter of 2019, but declined from 2.4% in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
FHA home buyers were 11.6% of all home sales in the 2nd quarter of 2019 increased from 11.1% in the 1st quarter of 2019, and gained from 9.9% in the 2nd quarter of 2018.
