Gaps In Marketing Lead To Gaps In Income | Excuses Mean Nothing!!

Do you know how important that “C” word is?  The marketing we do today will result in our pending sales within the next 30 days and closings shortly thereafter. Consistency is the most important word in marketing for those who use offline print marketing to find listings.

The consistent flow of new listings is in direct proportion to the consistent visibility of our offline marketing. Of course, the numbers vary, but they average out nicely!

For example, last month we had only a few new listings, and the number of pending sales this month have been in proportion. This month our listing calls have been like the shots from an automatic weapon. We now have had 11 listing calls for the month and have closed 5 listings and have 6 more appointments in a variety of stages. Most have had our first meeting with the second one scheduled. We’ll close every one of them.

Once a listing is signed, I provide a coming soon post. This weekend, I’ll be designing our August postcard and the full page newspaper ad to complement that postcard. It’s a routine. My routine is carved in stone. If I miss a beat, it will be evident. There can be no gaps. The competition is too great to have any gaps in marketing.

Just a quick thought for the moment…..

James Dray the most important thing for your agents to understand and remember is to NOT push marketing to the bottom of the pile.... it's always at the top...without it, they're out of business....

I love Realbird....but most importantly, our sellers love Realbird....  and I let them know I Feature on Realbird every listing we secure....the more exposure, the better....the more eyes on our listings, the better.... we have another 6 or 7 sellers ready to sign.... they're all in Franklin.... will have another one on tomorrow.... $700k....
