Good morning.  Hope this email finds you doing well and had a wonderful weekend.  Wanted to share:  the last Tim's Time Outs for the month of July.

Stress Management Solutions:

I know I am NOT alone.  I hear it everywhere I go these days.  It seems like everybody is saying to me:  "I am so stressed out.  I just can't take it anymore!"  We do live in such a hurried age.  Our lives are filled with family, work, personal,mental and physical activities/tasks.  All our time-saving gadgets have simply allowed us to cram more into our days and this is creating an intense pressure in all our lives.  We must take control of the negative stresses in our daily living.

When the pressure is on, we can win the battle.  The principles that I have lived by for many years have saved my life many times.  Here are just some of those principals:

*  Live in the moment.
*  Remind yourself that this too shall pass.No matter how bad or good the situation is, it will change.
*  You don not have to buy the whole cow to get a glass of milk.
*  Encourage and compliment others.
*  Get out of yourself and do something to help others.
*  Take some time to meditate, reflect, be thankful and count your blessings.
*  Ask yourself; What is the worst that can possibly happen?

THEN PREPARE TO ACCEPT IT:

Take action(eliminate procrastination) on what you are putting off.
Plan, think, and plan some more.
Take a walk, ride a bike, walk the dog, go work out.
Read a good book or daily affirmations.
Treat yourself to something special, a ice cream cone, a chocolate chip cookie, a special food.

These principals are pretty simple to implement.  Sometimes we just need to be reminded of them.  Go ahead and try them on for awhile, and you'll be amazed at the results that will come your way when you practice them.~Bob Prentice

Happiness is a choice.  You can choose to be happy.  There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether you let it affect you or not~Valerie Bertinelli

"The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another."~William James

May your day and week be filled with less stress,much success, and many blessings!

All the best,

Tim
